In my 13 years of practicing I have learned over and over again that everything in the human body is connected; the physical, emotional and mental aspects of our being cannot be separated. As a result my approach during a treatment always involves looking at the body as a whole in hopes of finding these connections to promote healing. I continue to be amazed by the bodies incredible ability to heal itself, but sometimes it just needs a little help and that's where I come in

I am currently preparing to welcome a new addition to the family! I will be taking some time off starting September 21st and plan to open up my schedule again in December.
